Terms of Service

By creating a Prime account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are between you and Prime; Apple and Google are not parties to them and are not responsible for the app or its content.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Prime. Provide accurate information when registering.

Prime is a fitness tracking tool. It is not medical advice, not a medical device, and not a substitute for professional guidance. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have an existing condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury.

Exercise instructions, targets, and progress figures in the app are general guidance and may not suit your circumstances. Do not rely on them for medical decisions. You train at your own risk.

You agree not to:

• Fake gym check-ins, or scan a gym's QR code without being there
• Manipulate streaks, XP, ranks, or challenge completions
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or gym staff
• Upload content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that you do not have the right to share
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a gym
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Gym check-ins are verified by scanning a QR code at the gym, and gym staff can record one for you at the desk. You may check in more than once a day. We reserve the right to invalidate check-ins, streaks, or challenge results that appear fraudulent.

Photos, captions, and other content you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of running the app and showing it back to you. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for what you upload and confirm you have the right to share it.

Some features require a paid membership. Payments are processed by Paystack; we never receive your card details. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Profile → Membership. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refundable.

If you subscribed through a platform’s own billing system, that platform’s refund and cancellation policy applies instead.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings in the app, or from our account deletion page. Deletion is immediate and permanent, cancels any active membership, and cannot be undone.

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We will notify you of material changes to these terms through the app or by email before they take effect.

We provide the service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data it shows will always be accurate.

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any injury arising from your training. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
