Delete your Prime account

Request deletion of your Prime account and all associated data.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery period and no way for us to restore it afterwards. The following are erased:

  • Your profile, display name, bio, and avatar
  • Height, weight, body-fat, age, and fitness-goal details
  • Workout sessions, sets, personal records, streaks, XP, and rank
  • Gym check-in history and gym membership
  • Progress photos and any other images you uploaded
  • Push notification tokens for your devices

If you have an active membership, it is cancelled as part of the deletion and you will not be billed again.

What we keep, and for how long

A small amount of data outlives the account because the law requires it:

  • Payment and invoice records Paystack must keep to meet financial regulations
  • Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you

Financial records are retained for seven years, after which they are deleted too.

Prefer to delete from the app?

You can do the same thing inside Prime: open Profile → Settings, then choose Delete Account under Danger Zone.

Need help?

If you cannot sign in — for example you have lost access to your email — write to support@joinprime.app from the address on your account and we will verify your identity and delete it for you. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days.
