How do I get Prime for my gym?
Email sales@joinprime.app. Prime is new, so we set up each gym ourselves: your plans, your branch and your join code.
How is Prime priced?
A monthly subscription based on how many active members you have, in bands of 100. Every plan has every feature. An active member is anyone with a plan or a check-in in the last 30 days. Paystack's processing fee is separate and is not part of the Prime price.
Do my members have to use the app?
Members check in by scanning your gym's code in the app, so yes, they will need it. At the desk you can also check someone in by hand, for example if their phone has died.
How do I join my gym as a member?
Choose your gym in the app, or enter the join code your gym gives you. Your check-ins, streaks and membership are tied to that gym.
What happens if a member misses a day?
Your streak resets. Days your gym is closed don't count against you, because you had no way to come in.
What do you do with my data?
We collect what the app needs to work. We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and you can delete all of it at any time.
